daddy bringing leftover donuts home from church was a definite bright spot on a dreary monday morning

so much so in fact that i’ve been bribing the boys to go out and let me snap a few pictures

clint headed to wayumi weekend, the kiddos and i to shipshewana for the gerber get-away
the kiddos were over the top helpful so that we could get out the door as soon as possible
the first night was rather (very) rough – with these two ending up in my bed most of the night – so much for getting cold sleeping by myself!
the gerber family rented the room above the pool, which was very handy since i could look down and do head counts
cline spent most of his time marinating in the “bath tub”
sunny enjoyed the kiddy pool
wren loved the slide
and hudson got a kick out of scarring me to death that he’d bash his head in on the side of the pool
the tired faces on the trip home
